SIGNFINISH GUIDE

From document to completed signature.

1. Create or upload

Write a document in SignFinish or upload a PDF, JPG or PNG. Uploads can be up to 5 MB. PDFs can have up to 30 pages and must be flattened and unencrypted, without existing digital signatures or interactive form fields.

2. Prepare one request

Add your own signature when needed, place recipient fields and send the document to one recipient. One request means one document sent to one recipient.

3. Recipient verifies and signs

The recipient opens the signing link and verifies access using an email code. They do not need a SignFinish account. They review the document and electronic-signing consent before completing the signature.

4. Download your records

Download the completed PDF and keep the signing record with your own files. Consent, timestamps and document hashes help describe the sequence of the request.

Choose an appropriate document

SignFinish supports ordinary service agreements and approvals. It does not provide notarization or special identity verification. Check whether your document requires a different signing process.
